Hey there, I'm Debbie
I'm the owner of Applebom, a beautiful, serene studio with specialist hair services for women.
I've been behind a salon chair for decades, chasing trends and learning every texture under the sun. About 15 years ago I fell head-over-heels for natural, organic hair care—especially the wild beauty of curly locks. I've spent the last few years exploring my passion for natural curly hair and have extensive training with Wavy, Curly, and Afro hair.
Recently my focus has changed—it wasn't just a career shift; it was personal. I started seeing so many women, including friends, battle thinning hair and loss. I know how heavy that can feel, how every strand can tug at your confidence.
That's why I poured my heart into mastering Hair Toppers. They're not just pieces of hair; they're a gentle bridge to feeling whole again—whether it's from pattern baldness, hormones, nutrition, burns, surgery, trichotillomania, menopause, alopecia or chemo. I've walked the path with my clients, celebrating every smile that returns.

Our Studio
Applebom is a beautiful, serene studio located in Toowoomba. We've created a private, comfortable space where you can relax and focus on yourself.
Clients travel from across the Darling Downs and beyond—Dalby, Gatton, Kingaroy, Warwick, Stanthorpe, Roma, and Goondiwindi—for specialist hair topper fittings and curly hair cuts.
