Here at Applebom, we strive to achieve the very best results and customer satisfaction. With this in mind, we aim to run our appointments to schedule and on time so that we can look after you, please try to arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment and give the appropriate times indicated for Moving or Cancelling your appointments.
Cancellations / No Shows
We understand the heavy schedules of our guests, which is why at Applebom we send you a SMS Confirmation, 48-72 hours prior to your appointment.
We ask that you respond Yes/Y to the SMS confirmation to automatically confirm or phone (07) 4613 0065 to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
We appreciate at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, otherwise a $50 service fee will be charged. When a gift voucher/card is used $50 of the voucher/card will be charged if cancellation is less than 48 hours.
Cancellations have a significant impact on our business, therefore we need to endorse our cancellation policy and trust you understand.
Online Booking Procedures
A Booking Fee of $50 will be charged to secure your appointment.
A refund (minus admin fee of $1.50) is available if you cancel more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking.
Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will forfeit your $50 deposit.
We accept Visa & MasterCard Payments.
If you are not 100% satisfied, we ask that you contact us within seven (7) days of your appointment so we can work together to remedy your concerns,
free of charge.
Any concerns conveyed after seven (7) days from the original appointment date, or if you’ve simply had a change of heart regarding what you originally requested, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day exchange or refund from the time you receive the goods.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.
